NEW - PVD surface treatment

NEW for 2024 is the launch of production with the new PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology. This technology enables the creation of high-quality and durable surfaces with a wide range of colors and finishes for mixers and bathroom accessories.

PVD coating is a process where solid material micro-particles are vaporized in a vacuum and deposited onto the coated material under high pressure. The vaporized micro-particles bond directly with the material they are applied to. Additionally, this method is highly environmentally friendly, and the surface layer is hypoallergenic. PVD is also a technology with excellent physical and chemical properties, high hardness, resistance to abrasion, high temperatures, and corrosion.

PVD coating has numerous advantages, including:

High hardness and abrasion resistance - PVD-coated surfaces are much more resistant to scratching than uncoated surfaces.

Corrosion resistance - PVD-coated surfaces are resistant to water, salt, and other aggressive substances.

Wide range of colors and finishes - PVD coating allows for a wide range of colors and finishes that can be customized to individual customer needs.
