Repairs and maintenance

Maintenance of faucets:

  • Maintenance of the faucet depends on how hard your water is.
  • It would be a good idea to check the mineral content or if there is a coating in the kettle.
  • If there is scale after a few boilings, maintenance of the faucet will be more difficult.
  • If the water is very hard, consider installing a softener. Hard water can significantly shorten the life of the cartridge and the faucet surface.
  • No matter what faucet cleaning product you choose, rinsing it once a week is definitely not enough.
  • You should give your faucets more thorough care two to three times a week.

 Cleaning products:

  • The cleaning product is not applied by spraying directly onto the faucet. Because it seeps into the joints and under the paint, where a chemical reaction occurs and the protective layer of the paint is damaged. The paint then peels off and causes undesirable visual changes to the surface finish.
  • The product must be properly maintained. We recommend cleaning our products with water only, but if it is necessary to use a cleaning agent, we apply it only to a microfiber cleaning cloth.
  • For cleaning, use designated chemicals that do not contain hydrochloric, formic and phosphoric acid.
  • Do not use vinegar solution on colored batteries.
  • Then rinse the battery with clean water and dry it with a dry and clean microfiber cloth.
  • Residues of cosmetic products can also damage the battery, they must be carefully removed with water.
