Returns and exchanges
Return and Exchange Conditions:
All goods can be returned within 14 days (from receipt of the shipment) without giving a reason.
For the purposes of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the company of your withdrawal: Slezák - RAV CZ s.r.o., eshop@slezak-rav.cz.
- Download the form for withdrawal from the contract HERE, fill it out and put it in the package with the returned goods.
- Order shipping and send it back (on the day of sending, send information about sending the package by e-mail to e-mail eshop@slezak-rav.cz. ) or hand it over to the store address:

Costs associated with returning goods:
The costs of shipping the goods back are borne by the buyer in accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll.
Liability for reduction in the value of the returned goods:
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling these goods in a manner other than that necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and properties of the goods, including their functionality.
The goods must be returned complete, in their original undamaged packaging and condition, and must not show signs of wear and tear. use. A return form must be sent with the goods. Goods returned to the supplier on delivery will not be accepted!
The money will be sent to your account within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
