    Transport

    Dear customers, the ZÁSILKOVNA carrier does NOT accept larger shipments. This applies to faucets with hand and head showers, so-called shower and bath sets, shower sets, shower bars and some bathroom accessories (shelves and some larger holders).

    These orders can only be sent by DPD carrier. If you choose the ZÁSILKOVNA carrier, this carrier will be changed for you. Thank you for your understanding.

     

    Shipping in the Czech Republic

    Personal collection:  FREE 

    Shipping company  DPD:

    For orders up to 600 CZK including VAT, a shipping fee of 91 CZK excluding VAT will be charged to the order (applies when paying in advance to our account or by credit card).

    If the goods are paid for by cash on delivery, we charge the cash on delivery amount of 45 CZK excluding VAT to the order value.

    For orders over 600 CZK including VAT, VAT is free shipping (applies when paying in advance to our account or by credit card).

     

    Shipping company:

    For orders up to 600 CZK including VAT, a shipping fee of 65 CZK excluding VAT is charged to the order (applies only for shipping to the delivery point, applies when paying in advance to our account or by credit card).

    If the goods are paid for by cash on delivery, we charge the cash on delivery amount of 45 CZK excluding VAT to the order value.

    For orders over 600 CZK including VAT, VAT is free of charge (applies when paying in advance to our account or by credit card).

    BE CAREFUL OF THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR SHIPMENT if you SEND the order BY A DELIVERY COMPANY:

    • maximum weight of the shipment: 5 kg
    • maximum sum of dimensions of all three sides of the shipment: 120 cm (e.g. a shipment measuring 50x40x30 cm)
    • minimum dimensions: 10x7x1 cm
    • (size is calculated according to the shipping container)

     

    Shipping to Slovakia

    Shipper  DPD:

    A uniform shipping price of 8 applies to the Slovak Republic € excluding VAT (when paying in advance to our account). In the event that the goods are sent to Slovakia and are paid for by cash on delivery, we charge €2.5 excluding VAT to the order value and transportation.

     

    Shipping company Zásilkovna:

    For the Slovak Republic, the uniform postage price is €4 excluding VAT (applies only to transportation to the delivery point, applies when paying in advance to our account). In the case where the goods are sent to Slovakia and are paid for cash on delivery, we charge €2.5 excluding VAT to the order value and shipping.

    1.The method of delivery of the goods is determined by the buyer when ordering goods. The seller is entitled to change the method of transport selected based on the buyer's request if this method of transport is not suitable for the delivery of the ordered goods or this method of transport is not possible according to the conditions set by the carrier. You can choose several types of payment and delivery of goods. You can pay to our account after confirmation of receipt of the order, cash on delivery or upon personal collection at the headquarters of our company (see contacts).

    2. If the seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the place specified by the buyer in the order, the buyer is obliged to take over the goods upon delivery. If the buyer does not take over the goods upon delivery, the seller is entitled to demand the costs of transport to the place of delivery in the actual amount and is further entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract.

    3. If, for reasons on the part of the buyer, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a different way than stated in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with the repeated delivery of the goods, or the costs associated with a different method of delivery.

    4. When taking over the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of the goods and, in the event of any defects, immediately notify the carrier. If damage to the packaging is found indicating unauthorized entry into the shipment, the buyer does not have to take over the shipment from the carrier. By signing the delivery note, the buyer confirms that the shipment of goods met all conditions and requirements and any later complaint regarding damage to the packaging of the shipment cannot be taken into account.

    5. Other rights and obligations parties may modify the seller's delivery terms when transporting goods, if they are issued by the seller.

    The shipping price includes packaging.
