Yes, we provide shipping outside the Czech Republic.

Which carrier do you use – who will deliver my order?

We use DPD for parcel shipping and TOPTRANS for pallet shipments.

What are your warranty conditions?

Yes, we provide service throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Each complaint is assessed individually by our service department.

Yes, we design, engineer, manufacture, assemble, and package our faucets and accessories ourselves.

Unfortunately, we do not provide installation services, but we can recommend distributors in your region or service and installation companies.
